Minutes of meeting

A meeting was conducted in IQAC office on 16th August 2017 at 9.30AM regarding the constitution of the environmental committee.

The following members were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. T.D. Dogra, Director IQAC and Chairman for the meeting
2. Dr. H.S. Grover, Dean Education and Examination
3. Dr. Amit Bhardwaj, Sub Dean IQAC
4. Dr. G.N. Suma, Faculty of Dental Science
5. Dr. Archana Chaudhary, faculty of Allied Health Science
6. Dr. Manbir Singh, Faculty of Allied Health Science
7. Dr. Sunanda, Faculty of Physical Science
8. Mr. Pramod Kumar Pal
9. Ms. Mamta, Faculty of Nursing

The constitution of the environmental committee is as follows:

Some following points were discussed in the meeting:

• The committee was constituted and members were instructed to meet regularly atleast twice in a month to see further progress.
• The committee will look at all the environmental issues of the university and will coordinate for the green audit that needs to be done as requirement for NAAC.
• All the activities shall be recoded and maintained and the record shall be maintained by Dr. Sunanda
