Minutes of meeting

A meeting was held on Question Banking software by Yoctel on 18/6/18 at 11:00 am in the office of Director IQAC.

The following members were present:

1. T D Dogra, Director IQAC and chairman for the meeting.
2. Jitender Vats, IT Head
3. Vijya Kumar, Dy. COE
4. S C Mohapatra, Dean, Academic Affairs,
5. Amit Bhardwaj, Sub-Dean, IQAC
6. Astha Chaudhry, Sub-Dean, IQAC,
7. Neha Arora, Representative from Yoctel

The following were the proceedings of the meeting:

1. After detailed discussion on all the technical aspects of the software it was found that it is suitable for implementation of question banking and questionpaper generation in SGT University.
2. Initially we want to purchase Premium cum ultimate version of this software with one license and 5 users later we may go for 4 more licenses depending on the requirement.
3. The company will provide us training of the software on 9^thand 10^th July 2018
