Minutes of meeting

A meeting was held in the office of the Director of IQAC at 12.30PM on 20th December 2017 regarding Hostel Committee.

The following members of the Hostel Committee were present:

1. Mr. S.S. Chauhan
2. Ms. Jennifer Cooke
3. Mr. Ashok Sharma

The following members of IQAC were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. T. D. Dogra, Director IQAC
2. Dr. S.C. Mohapatra, Dean Academic Affairs
3. Dr. Astha Chaudhry, Sub dean IQAC
4. Mr. Anil Sharma, Member IQAC

The following decisions were taken in the meeting:

1. The chairman of the committee shall prepare the mandate rules & regulations and can change the constitution by adding or removing the members as per the requirement. This should be intimated to the IQAC stating need for the new member to be included in the committee.
2. The copy of the mandate should be to IQAC within 7-10 days, which shall then be forwarded to Registrar for further circulation and shall be uploaded on IQAC website.
3. The committee should maintain all records related to hostel, the inmates’ detail, any irregularity or achievements done by the students, punitive action/ rewards given to the students as well as welfare activity taken by the warden.
