Minutes of meeting

A meeting was held in the office of the Director of IQAC at 11AM on 21st December, 2017 regarding Student Welfare Committee (SWC) and Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC).

The following members of GRC were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. R.K. Patel, Faculty of Management
2. Dr. Jasdeep Monga, Faculty of Medical Health Sciences
3. Ms. Anu Grover, Faculty of Nursing
4. Dr. Amit Bhardwaj, Sub Dean IQAC

The following members of SWC were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. D.P.S. Sudan, Faculty of Medical
2. Ms. Bhawna, Asst. Registrar
3. Dr. Jasdeep Monga, Faculty of Medical Health Sciences

The following members of SWC could not attend the meeting:

1. Dr. Manbir, Faculty Allied Health Sciences

The following members of IQAC were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. T. D. Dogra, Director IQAC
2. Dr. S.C. Mohapatra, Dean Academic Affairs
3. Dr. Astha Chaudhry, Sub dean IQAC
4. Mr. Anil Sharma, Member of IQAC

The following decisions were taken in the meeting:

1. The chairman of the committee shall prepare the mandate, rules & regulations and can change the constitution by adding or removing the members as per the requirement. This shall be done within 7-10 days and the mandate shall be submitted to IQAC which shall be the forwarded to registrar and shall also be uploaded on IQAC website.
2. Both the committees shall work in coordination with each other due to similar concerns.
3. Dr. DPS Sudan opined that since he is also the chairman of Disciplinary committee, for student welfare some other chairman should be appointed for which Dr Dogra Sir pointed that he can find his replacement and shall send the new constitution.
4. The committees should hold regular meetings and the minutes of meeting shall be send to IQAC for uploading on website.
