Minutes of meeting

A meeting was held in the Director of the IQAC at 10:30 AM on 28th December 2017 regarding sports committee.

The following members of Sports Committee were present in the meeting:

1. Mr. Ashok Sharma, Chief Warden
2. Mr. Moolchand, Warden

The following member of Sports Committee could not attend the meeting:

1. Mr. Kuldeep Chauhan, PT Teacher

The following members of IQAC were present in the meeting:

1. Dr. T. D. Dogra, Director IQAC
2. Dr. S.C. Mohapatra, Dean Academic Affairs
3. Dr. Astha Chaudhry, Sub dean IQAC
4. Dr. Akshay Munjal, Member IQAC
5. Mr. Anil Sharma, Member IQAC

Some major points were discussed in the meeting:

1. The chairman of the committee shall prepare the mandate rules & regulations and can change the constitution by adding or removing the members as per the requirement and the copy shall be send to IQAC within 7-10 days which shall then be forwarded to Registrar for further circulation.
2. The committees shall hold regular meetings and the minutes of meetings shall be send to IQAC for uploading on website.
