Minutes of Meeting

A meeting of all Education and Consultancy coordinators as nominated by Faculty Deans took place on 30th October 2017 at 2:45pm in Board room, Corporate block.

The agenda was:

1. To discuss the parameters for NIRF(National Institutional ranking Framework) and to share the format for detailed data collection.

Dr Amit Srivastava presented the parameters of NIRF in detail to make the coordinators understand the purpose and to share the format and the areas in which data needs to be collected. The data collection is required from Students section, HR section, Accounts section, Placement cell and the coordinators from these sections present in the meeting were requested to extend their full cooperation in the collection of the same.

All the education and consultancy coordinators will be part of NIRF committee and will contribute in the collection of data and report to Dr Amit Srivastava, Chief coordinator for NIRF every Saturday at 2:00pm in Board room, Corporate Block.

The Last date for collection of data is 18th November 2017 and last date for uploading the data on NIRF portal is 24th November 2017.

It was stressed that the data collected needs to be accurate in all aspects as the final NIRF ranking report needs be uploaded on the website.
